and we are heading off to Nice, France for the England - Japan game
The most eagerly-awaited event in the rugby calendar is fast approaching. That’s right – it’s the Rugby World Cup of 2023! As all rugby fans know, this is the pinnacle of the sport, where nations from around the globe come together to battle it out in a series of intense and thrilling matches.
We have tickets for the England – Japan game which we bought over 2 years ago. On the 6th of April 2021 Me and Emilar my daughter in law went online to purchase tickets. Hoping to secure tickets from the 350,000 that went on sale that day. We both joined a very long queue almost holding our breath for a couple of hours waiting for our chance. And when Em eventually had the chance to buy… Oh My God… one wrong press of a button all could’ve been lost… but Em kept her cool and here I am planning 10 days full of sightseeing, sampling delicious food, sloshing wine and watching lots of ruggers!!!!
Oh and the 350,000 tickets? They all sold within 5hrs!!

A rugby player went to the doctor one day and said: “I’ve just been playing rugby and when I got back I found that when I touched my legs, my arms, my head, my tummy and everywhere else, it really hurt.”
So the doctor said: “You’ve broken your finger.”
Well I thought it was funny! 🙂
